We know that being part of a Sound Bath is an experience that will enhance your life,

and want to make sure you have all the information you need. Below are some of our frequently

asked questions and comprehensive answers to get you started.

Can I attend with a friend?

You can join us alone, come with a friend, or group depending on the theme. Our events are geared toward your comfort. They can be "only women," "only men,""Couples," or "Co-ed." We are open to suggestions, especially when doing corporate events or hired by a private guest for their home or office. This day is perfect for team building, or just giving a treat to your staff or as a gifting option.

Are Cell phones allowed?

Yes, but only before we start the Sound Bath Hypnotic Journey, during lunch break, and after the event. We encourage our guests to take photos, tag us, and post. We might even have a photo booth. If you must take a call, please be as quiet as possible when stepping outside to speak.

Do I need any experience to join?

No experience needed. All we ask is for you to relax and be okay with giving concent to be touched by our practitioners.

What do I wear?

Yoga pants, anything loose fitting. Bring socks or grip socks. Sweatshirt or sweater. Be comfy!

Why Sound Bath and Acupuncture together? (Custom Package)

Acupuncture and vibrational sound therapy are an ancient form of energy medicine - it's benefits have sustained humans across centuries. When energy flows unimpeded, we experience optimal health. When energy is blocked, we become compromised and unhealthy.

The whisker-like antenna needles of acupuncture combined with Sound Healing will channel the healing vibrations through out your body.

Benefits of combining acupuncture to a sound bath include:

Is there an age limit?

Yes. 18 and older - as there are liability and consent forms to be signed if we are on private property,

inside homes, or businesses.

What if I don't want one of the services?

We offer Sound Bath Hypnotherapy, which is a set modality for the day. However, you are also offered Reiki Reflexology for your hands and feet, Acupuncture, massage. If you are uncomfortable with any of the healing modalities offered, we can discuss before your session. It's important to note that our hands are healing with touch and energy work.

What if I need to leave early?

If you need to leave early, we suggest that you book on a day where you can experience the full event. In case of emergency - go! However, there will be no refunds for your early departure.
